Voscart offers branding, website design and development, production, marketing, and related creative services. All work will be delivered based on the scope, timeline, and terms agreed upon in the project proposal, quotation or contract.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate information, content, approvals, and materials necessary for the project. Delays in sharing required inputs may impact timelines and delivery schedules.
3. Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed terms mentioned in the quotation, proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in delays, project hold, or additional charges. Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client only after full payment has been received. Voscart retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions and Additional Work
Revisions will be provided as per the agreed project scope. Any work, changes, or requests beyond the approved scope may be billed separately.
6. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use Voscart’s work, services, or materials for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. No part of Voscart’s original concepts, processes or materials may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Voscart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its services or deliverables. We are also not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, software tools, or misuse of delivered assets.
8. Termination
Voscart reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if there is a breach of terms, non-payment, misuse, or lack of cooperation. Any completed work and outstanding payments up to that stage will remain payable.
9. Amendments
Voscart may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after such updates will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
